Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.


On October 13, 2004, the Company's Board of Directors approved a change in the Company's fiscal year from June 30 to September 30. This change will be effective for the current fiscal year, which would have otherwise ended June 30, 2005 and will now end on September 30, 2005.
