(Cycle Country) has received a notice from the staff of the NYSE Amex LLC (the Exchange) that it is out of compliance with a continued listing requirement and, as required by the Exchange rules, Cycle Country has issued the Press Release attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1, which further describes the notice.
