Item 5.02                                             Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

Departure of Director

 

On September 20, 2004, Edward H. Orzetti resigned from the Board of Directors of SIRVA, Inc. (“SIRVA”), due to increased demands on his time.  Mr. Orzetti was a Class II Director whose term would have otherwise expired in 2005.  The resignation was not related to any disagreement between Mr. Orzetti and SIRVA on any matter relating to SIRVA’s operations, policies or practices.
