PART III NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The Company has recently received additional results from its uranium exploration activities in Argentina and, in order to present the most recent information regarding the Company and these properties has been reviewing this information to determine its material impacts and effect on prevously received results. This process has taken longer than anticipated despite the best efforts of the Company. While the review and inclusion of this material is almost complete, the requirement for review of the disclosure by the responsible geologists, as well as the directors (some of whom are presently travelling or overseas) has meant that the document was not be able to be filed by May 31, 2007. However, the Company will be in a position to file the 20F on or before June 15, 2007.
