On November 26, 2003, CIBER, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had priced its 27/8% Convertible Senior Subordinated Debentures due 2023 (the "Debentures"). The Debentures will be unsecured and subordinated obligations of CIBER. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
