On February 6, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Registrant approved an amendment to Article II (A) of its Bylaws, effective immediately. The amendment decreased the size of the Board of Directors from twelve (12) to eleven (11) members. |
The full text of the Bylaws, as amended to date, is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.03.
